About me

I am a qualified existential therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through life's most challenging moments. My approach is grounded in the belief that within each person lies the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change.

In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel truly heard and understood. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is healing - a genuine human connection where you can explore your experiences without judgment and at your own pace.
