How I can help
I offer three main ways of working, each tailored to meet different needs and circumstances. All sessions are conducted with warmth, respect, and complete confidentiality.
Individual psychotherapy
Through finding a clearer awareness of oneself, getting a sense of how we relate to others and ourselves, we can create healthier relationships and progress in our personal growth.
I offer a warm, caring, respectful and honest attitude to therapy. My approach is in the form of dialogue, where we won't necessarily seek the solutions but rather seek the truth. A therapeutic relationship is built on mutual trust and facilitates a safe and confidential space which will allow us to explore your existential concerns together.
Our first session will cover an initial assessment, where we will explore your expectations and needs and discuss any questions you may have about the way I work. This is an opportunity for us to see how we will work together and if I am the right therapist for you.

Please note: All sessions, including the initial meeting, are charged. There is a minimum 24-hour cancellation period.
...and many more. If you're facing a dilemma not listed here, feel free to reach out — I welcome you to email me about what you're currently struggling with.
Session details
Initial commitment: I recommend an initial commitment to six sessions, two of which will usually be individual sessions.
Please note: All sessions, including the initial meeting, are charged. There is a minimum 24-hour cancellation period.
Relationship therapy
Having the support of a third person to deconstruct dynamics within a relationship and to help navigate communication between the couple can be invaluable. Couple therapy sessions support the understanding of how to better listen, communicate and articulate each other's needs honestly and respectfully.
I aim to support both individuals equally without taking sides. Couple therapy can be a profoundly moving process, however it takes absolute dedication from everyone involved.
Should we discover there is a lack of commitment to the therapeutic process from either party, I may suggest terminating couple therapy. This approach ensures that the work we do together is meaningful and productive for your relationship.
Clinical supervision
Reflecting on our work as professionals is a significant part for all therapists. It is a requirement that all fellow professionals have regular and ongoing supervision.
Moreover, reflecting on our work as professionals supports us with further learning, including understanding personal bias, identifying blind spots and helping to stay open-minded within the therapeutic work.
As a supervisor I provide one-to-one supervision and I aim to practice from an existential-phenomenological perspective. This approach allows for deep reflection on your practice while maintaining the philosophical underpinnings that guide meaningful therapeutic work.

For qualified therapists: Regular supervision is essential for professional development and ethical practice.
