About me
I am an existential psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, privileged to have worked with people from all over the world throughout my career.
Born in Poland and living in London since 2000, I bring a rich cultural perspective to my therapeutic practice, helping clients navigate life's deepest questions and challenges.

...and many more. If you're facing a dilemma not listed here, feel free to reach out — I welcome you to email me about what you're currently struggling with.
My approach
My approach helps clients gain insight, facilitating change where necessary. Existential psychotherapy offers clients a chance to engage with their emotions, reflect on their relationships and look at how they are living their lives.
My theoretical background lies strongly in philosophy, which has led me to pursue a career in existential psychotherapy. I work existentially with my clients' lived experiences, including their values, their family history and system, their connections with the world and their relationships with others, their connection with their personal identity and with their purpose and meaning.
I offer a warm, caring, respectful and honest attitude to therapy. My approach is in the form of dialogue, where we won't necessarily seek the solutions but rather seek the truth. A therapeutic relationship is built on mutual trust and facilitates a safe and confidential space which will allow us to explore your existential concerns together.

Experience and practice
During my professional training I have been privileged to work with people from 16-90 years of age with a variety of mental health concerns for both long and short term clients at The North London Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre and Dilemma Consultancy Ltd.
In my private practice I offer psychotherapy to individuals and couples. I work worldwide using Zoom for online therapy, and in-person in London.
I love working with individuals, couples and running groups, creating a safe space where we can learn to relate to each other and show vulnerability with openness and without judgement.
I have a deep interest in relationships, motherhood and parenthood and my doctoral research looks at the tension that gets created within the responsibility of caring for another, while simultaneously caring for oneself.
Working together
Our first session will cover an initial assessment, where we will explore your expectations and needs and discuss any questions you may have about the way I work. This is an opportunity for us to see how we will work together and if I am the right therapist for you.
